# LYME TESTING



I CAN'T RATIFY ARMIN LABS BUT I CAN SAY THE RESULTS AND THE SYMPTOMS MATCH IN ALL OF THE PATIENTS THAT I HAVE SEEN SO WITHOUT CONTRARY EVIDENCE I BELIEVE THEM TO BE BEST IN CLASS

Als je bovenstaande optelt bij de 95%! van de zeer omvangrijke, reeds geïnvalideerde groep ME/cvs-patienten die bij dokter DM, positief testen in met name infectolab Augsburg, klinisch ziektebeeld i.c.m. de Elispot / Lymespot Borrelia zorgen voor angstaanjagende epidemische "nieuwe" hoge aantallen chronische Lyme-patienten in Nederland en België / Europa.

Praktijkvoorbeeld: een ME/cvs-patiënte bij dokter DM bleek na 30 jaar ernstig chronisch ziek zijn positief te testen op Lyme in Augsburg met borderline uitslag, de diagnose Lyme werd uiteindelijk mede gesteld op basis van het aanwezige klinische ziektebeeld.

Haar partner werd ook getest en ook positief bevonden op Lyme met knetter hoge SI titers / uitslagen maar lang niet zo ziek (=klinisch ziektebeeld!) als zijn vrouw, heeft iemand daar een verklaring voor?

Als ik dokter PvM goed heb begrepen bezit ongeveer 10%! van de populatie een genetische aanleg om, als men eenmaal besmet is/wordt met Borrelia (ergens in zijn of haar leven?) de chronische vorm van Lyme kan ontwikkelen.

Hoe het zit met het mogelijk aanwezige gen HLA-DR1 / HLA-DR2 / HLA-DR3 weet ik niet?

Is het mogelijk dat op het moment van testen de Borrelia inactief is waardoor een LTT negatief uitvalt terwijl deze er in praktijk wel degelijk zit?

Of dat er op het moment van testen een leger co-infecties voor de Borrelia liggen die ook nog eens mogelijk allerlei kruis reacties kunnen geven met Borrelia?

In het geval van ME/cvs-patienten; hebben deze niet helaas soms (al) jaren/decennia-lang een onderdrukt immuunsysteem waardoor meerdere soorten Lyme-testen en tussentijdse (AB) behandelingen nodig kunnen zijn, dit bij voorkeur onder leiding van een Lyme literaire arts om het overzicht te behouden?

Overigens las ik onlangs dat dokter DM zijn patienten (ook?) bij Armin labs test, hoe dat precies zit weet ik niet?

●As a family we have overall significant improvements in our own 4 month battles against Lyme and confections but there is still a long way to go.
●Sadly Rufus is not making the progress that we expected or hoped for.

Having spent the whole week studying Lyme my thoughts continue to expand and my knowledge grow.
My original thoughts however change very little and I will summarise below!
Before doing so I would like to thank Carsten and his team at BCA for showing us his clinic and laboratory. I could easily see the dedication and professionalism being applied and that coupled with his vast experience and positive referrals makes him a 'definite worth consideration' for treatment'
Thank you to Armin at Armin labs. His ability to produce high quality blood tests at a reasonable price and to avoid unnecessary cost on behalf of the patient continues to impress me.

My latest thoughts:

● Lyme and it's coinfections gets more difficult to treat the longer it is left. Early detection is essential ideally in the acute phase but I believe the earlier it is caught in the chronic phase the easier and cheaper it will be to treat
●I am convinced that Lyme will eventually be proven to be the cause of, a contributory cause of or at least associated to many diseases such as ‪#‎fybomyalgia‬ ‪#‎ms‬ ‪#‎als‬ ‪#‎me‬ ‪#‎alzheimers‬ ‪#‎anxiety‬ ‪#‎depression‬ ‪#‎heartdisease‬ ‪#‎cfs‬ ‪#‎guttrouble‬ # arthritis and many other chronic conditions.
●I am still very questioning as to why this dreadful epidemic is generally ignored by word health services. I know it's complex. I know it can be costly to treat but I still believe early diagnosis and treatment would save significant money for a government not to mention the colossal reduction in human MISERY!!!
●I will do a research study soon to try and conclusively prove or indeed disprove one of th associations above!
●I increasingly realise that the whole body needs to be treated when treating chronic Lyme and this means strengthening the immune system and the bodies performance in general!
●I increasingly believe that I can provide enough evidence financial and humanitarian to influence the government and health service to significantly improve their knowledge diagnosis and treatment.
●One thing for sure I won't rest until I do!!
